Biography
My name is Judith Kleinecke and I am a First Grade Teacher. I have been a teacher for 22 years and have taught second and first grade. I encourage my parents to be active participants in their child’s education. I like having an open line of communication with my student's parents. I want my parents to know that we are a team and working together will help their child succeed in school. The best part of teaching is seeing my students faces light up when they learn something new. I want my students to know that my class is like a second home and that we will treat each other with kindness and respect. I believe all students can learn, grow, and become successful at whatever they set their minds to.

Biography
My name is Kylie Arms and I am excited to be part of the Pre-K 4 team at Parker Elementary! I LOVE teaching pre-k 4 because I can teach social skills along with academic skills. It’s important for children to learn how to make friends and how to be a good friend. In addition, every child should be valued and treated with respect. I believe it’s an educator’s duty to empower a child and help him or her make a positive contribution to our world. Parents are also a HUGE part in their child’s success; it’s in imperative for parents to be part of their child’s educational journey. I look forward to a new school year and watching your child blossom as the year comes to an end.
